9. Return Policy

You have 14 days to decide if an app is right for you. We utilize a one login policy here at NewrichApps. You may login to it once in those 14 days - and if you’re not satisfied - you may request a full refund.

If you login more than once in 14 days and request a refund, we will deduct an account reconditioning fee of up to 50% and provide you with a partial refund.

Account Reconditioning Fees For Refunded Purchases: This fee covers our cost in removing all of your personally identifiable data, and topping up any credits that were used on your account ( if you have a credit based product). Refunds are subject to an account reconditioning fee of up to 50% of the order total

We are a small company and do not charge monthly for access to our apps. We pass the deals and savings that we receive from vendors onto you. Refunds cost us a lot of money. This is why this policy is in place.

If your app breaks within 60 days and the merchant does not fix it - we will replace the app with a similar app of equal or greater value free of charge. If we cannot find one in our catalogue - we will issue you a store credit for your purchase to use on a completely different app.

Wicked Apps reserves the right to dishonor any promotions, guarantees, or special offers (including bonuses) offered by 3rd party affiliates promoting products on our platform. We reserve the right to suspend access without refund or exchange for violating our Acceptable Usage Policy at any time.
